Follow-up Comment #20, bug #41074 (project octave):
If we patch Octave so that plotting with Qt widgets works when running octave
--no-gui, could we also make it possible to run octave-gui --no-gui so that it
starts in the terminal mode but can plot with Qt widgets?
It still makes sense to start octave-cli if you want to run a copy of Octave
that is not linked with Qt so we should keep that as an option.
