Follow-up Comment #15, bug #44116 (project octave):

Stefan,

I don't know why the QtHandles code uses Qt menus/QAction items directly
instead of uimenu.  That was part of the code before I started working on it,
and I really didn't know how menus were handled in the FLTK code until now.

It does seem like it would be better to share the same menu code for both FLTK
and Qt but I don't know how to make that work for the Qt code.
