Follow-up Comment #4, bug #44338 (project octave):

The integration of OSMesa in MXE-Octave is still in progress. jwe added it as
target to the MXE-Octave and osmesa.dll is built but as far that I know, no
one got it to work in windows so far.

Btw, I'm running the MXE build in a virtualbox with Windows XP and doesn't see
the "couldn't open dxtn.dll"
