Follow-up Comment #1:

Confirmed here on Linux. You're probably right about the change making the
workspace view not update. Not sure that I'd call this a regression since that
was the point of the change, to avoid updating the workspace view except when
control returns to the command prompt. I guess the question is can we keep
that change but also update the workspace view when a breakpoint prompt is
hit?
