Details:

I am trying to install signal package into my Octave using the pkg install
signall-x.x.x.tar.gz. 
It takes forever to give the result.
And, most of the time the gui freezes.
Also, its creates a folder in my temp folder.
Which I don't think is very good, because, when I clean my system, I generally
delete all the files in the Temp Folder.
