Details:

This is minor, but one is supposed to be able to change the toolkit on an
existing plot without closing it, switching toolkits, and then replotting.

Sample code:


./run-octave -f --no-gui
graphics_toolkit qt
sombrero
graphics_toolkit (gcf, "fltk")


I've attached a png image of the window that results.

Interestingly, going in the reverse direction works.  Starting with an fltk
plot and switching to qt works correctly, and then switching that same figure
back to fltk also works.
