Follow-up Comment #9, bug #43099 (project octave):
With 4.0.0-rc1 & symbolic-2.1.0 I see no more garbled text on the terminal
(see attached pic).
Depending on used fonts, several characters used to draw e.g., large
parentheses, might not line up very perfectly, but that's a minor issue.
All in all the symbolic package is very usable on Windows now. Thanks!
