Follow-up Comment #1, bug #44560 (project octave):
A couple of questions.
1) Where did octave come from? The created rc1 installer from
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/octave, or home built?
2) How are you running octave? From menu the shortcuts, from running the exe
file?
