Follow-up Comment #2, bug #44563 (project octave):
Issue is mingw compile is treating uic etc as build tools as they are not
mingw binaries, and so installs as TARGET-toolname in the usr/bin folder.
Native compile is saving to host/bin
Heres a patch to handle both (not tested yet)
