Follow-up Comment #3, bug #44560 (project octave):
When running Octave-4.0.0-rc1binoctave-gui.exe FLTK is successfully loaded
without any warning or error!
Looks I should use octave-gui.exe from now on. What is the difference to
octave-4.0.0-rc1.exe? Are users adviced which executable to use at some point
(if yes, I have missed that). Would it make sense not to install
octave-4.0.0-rc1.exe at all to prevent this mistake?
