Follow-up Comment #1:

I'm afraid it's bigger than just readtable.  The entire table data type and
associated functions are not implemented.  Changing the title to reflect that,
but this is a huge feature request and probably won't happen unless someone
has a lot of interest or we can get a Google Summer of Code student to work on
it.
