Thanks for your bug report. I can't help much Mac OS, but for the benefit of
others who can, can you say which version of Octave you are using and how you
installed it (package manager)? And how did you install the control package?

The error is clearly that the dynamic oct-files in the control package are not
loading, but it is unclear to me why.
