Follow-up Comment #7, bug #43769 (project octave):
How about the attached changeset instead? It seems to avoid the original
problem and the one noted in comment #6.
Michael, is there any reason to enter a name in the loader map if there is no
corresponding +name package directory somewhere in the load path?
