Follow-up Comment #10, bug #43769 (project octave):

The trouble may come from the fact that get_loader is supposed to return a
valid loader, as expected by callers. If you don't create loaders on-the-fly,
what are you going to return and will the callers still behave consistently? I
think that's what you have to tackle.
