Follow-up Comment #3, bug #44594 (project octave):
Its having issues with parallelism - and then applying the patch multiple
times.
Windows is running --jobs 1 so doesnt have the issue.
This patch made it work for me (includeds quoting FFLAGS from prev patch as
well)
