Follow-up Comment #3, bug #44998 (project octave):

I had started a script that would do a full install of a package in the cross
build.

The pending parts I hadnt tackled were:
- building any docs based on the sources.
- updating the package list file with the new package as installed.

Updating the list file should be easy - I hadnt looked anough at how to
generate docs to decide how best to do that.
