Follow-up Comment #6, bug #44949 (project octave):

I am not sure what matlab does.(I don't have matlab)
and I am not sure what is the "correct way" of sorting complex numbers is. I
just know that this is the sort that is needed for this operation in this
function (rlocus.m).
