Thanks for your bug report. I think this is essentially the same as bug #43552
reported earlier, marking as a duplicate. I can confirm what you report, that
depending on the file format being printed to the line width has a different
effect on the output file. For example, a line width of 10 renders much
differently when printed to a eps vs png file.
