Follow-up Comment #6, bug #45306 (project octave):

This now also shows up one more annoying thing.

When the editor is docked the blinking cursor
in the editor tabs, stays blinking when the focus is moved to the command
window.

When undocked it works as it should.

This is a different bug but probably related.
