Follow-up Comment #11, bug #45235 (project octave):

Right now on my computer is working fine, the only thing I've done, after that
was install more packages like signal, control, io, instrument-control etc.

In general, the crash sequence is:

>> pkg load image
>> a = imread ('c:pic17.jpg')
>> b = rgb2ycbcr (a)
>> imhist (b(:,:,1))
