Hello Marco,

There was a similar problem observed recently with MacPorts (see bug #45091).

The problem should be solved now. Or so I hope. Can you please try the 2.3.1
release candidate (tarball attached)?

If the release candidate solves the problem, then please wait a few days
before packaging. The actual release will come soon.
