Details:

Since version 4.0.0 of Octave it seems that there is a bug related to the
nurbs package of Octave-forge. The problems appear on Cygwin64 and Windows 7.
Sometimes the results are correct and sometimes one gets NaN or denormalised
values like 1e-308. So it looks like a memory bug. The problem does not appear
with Octave-3.8.2.
