Follow-up Comment #23, bug #44310 (project octave):

Attached is apatch which just fixes the reported
problem with atanh(0 -10i) and provides a test
for this case.
the elementary functions really should be reviewed
and upgraded, but this seems to depend on C++ and
possibly other issues.
this report can be closed, but another one about
the review should e opened.
