Follow-up Comment #2, bug #45458 (project octave):
Thank you for your answer, but the problem occurs using 'qt'.
The main problem was the response time for generating the first plot. After
installing qctave again and waiting for 1 min calling plot(1:10) the figure
and the content in it was correct.
After that, the response time for plots are okay. It looks that this problem
occurs only in initialization the features for 'qt'.
