Details:

Trying to instal the pkg,  can not find python
I put Python directory in the PATH, but it did no difference.

Python version is 3.4.3


>> pkg install -forge -verbose symbolic
mkdir (C:UsersGIOVAN~1AppDataLocalTempoct-tE2d8h)
untar (C:UsersGiovanniBsymbolic-2.2.2.tar.gz,
C:UsersGIOVAN~1AppDataLocalTempoct-tE2d8h)
checking for python... no
