Details:

For example, this url:

  http://octave.sourceforge.net/symbolic/index.html

doesn't list that SymPy is a run-time system dependency.

If anything these are more important than the "Dependencies" line which will
be resolved by "pkg" anyway.

If desired, I could prepare a patch that adds the SystemRequirements line from
DESCRIPTION?
