Details:

In ellipke.m the description of the complete elliptic integrals of the first
and second kind introduced here
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/4cf81bccaf1c is not consistent
with what actually the function computes. In the integrals 'm^2' should
actually be just 'm'.
The current definition shown is for what is usually written K(k) and E(k),
with k=sqrt(m).
