Details:

By default in Octave 4.0.0, when you run a command that outputs a lot of text
it is displayed using the `less` command. This makes no sense at all because
in the GUI it is trivial to scroll back. Also it interferes with running
further commands (e.g. the Run Selection command seems to do nothing if you
are blocked in `less`).

Suggested fix: Don't use `less` in the GUI.
