Details:

I know there's the menu "Run -> Save File and Run" but I've got used to
Matlab's green arrow on the Editor that does the same thing in a single button
press. It's kind of handy.

One other request - can you reduce the whitespace in the editor when in
undocked mode? The window title is Editor then there is a line below saying
Editor and there is extra (vertical) space around the icons. Thanks.
