Follow-up Comment #2, bug #45590 (project octave):

Good point about the space of the editor menus.  There is "Editor" in the
window title bar, so having "Editor" as the first line within the window is
somewhat redundant.  Also, it seems as though the toolbars/menus should have a
collapsible mechanism on the left side.
