Follow-up Comment #7, bug #44782 (project octave):
Probably it has been fixed, but it's hard to tell because the doc build is
still in flux. I had highlighted a rule that I thought was the problem, but
there was not actual definitive proof. I would say that we need to wait until
after the doc build calms down and then see if one has to run make repeatedly.
