Follow-up Comment #2, bug #45645 (project octave):
Moreover, I see that the FLTK library had a slight API change between version
1.3.2 and 1.3.3. This looks like it might be a version of Octave compiled
against 1.3.3 but running with the 1.3.2 libraries, for example, or possibly a
bug in the FLTK packaging for OpenSUSE.
