Details:

once created a octfile 

mkoctfile foo.cc

is not possible compile it again without closing octave, the error is:


mkoctfile foo.cc

Permission denied


the procedure is run clear:

clear foo

then is possible compile again. 


Will be usefull insert this command in mkoctfile function
