Hi,

I am using Octave 4.0.0 on Cygwin (running on Windows 7 Enterprise). When I
try plotting, the tick and axes labels will not render properly (see
attachment). This appears to be the case for all text in plots. The attachment
was generated using the command:

plot([0 1 2 3])
