Follow-up Comment #12, bug #45813 (project octave):
Yes, the calls to filesep() with strsplit() in PKG_ADD and PKG_DEL should be
replaced with filesep("all") to accomodate Windows environments where either
file separator is valid, see "help filesep". This should allow this bug to be
fixed regardless of whether canonicalize_file_name returns forward or backward
slashes.
