Details:

Tried out gallery with randsvd and got the following error:

>> gallery("randsvd", 3)
error: 'qmult' undefined near line 2271 column 9
error: called from
    gallery>randsvd at line 2271 column 7
    gallery at line 486 column 45
>>


Works with gallery("randsvd", 1) though.

Error in 3.8.2 and 4.0.0 Octave for Windows from both experimental GUI and the
CLI just out of the box.
