Sorry it's taking long to get back to this. My line of work can be like that.
I will try to get back to you in a timelier manner.

So if I plot "plot (1:10, 'o-')", it does not crash if I click within it, but
if I click on pan, and move the plot around a bit, then after a couple of
seconds, it does completely crash...
