[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #33411] Breakpoints aren't hit with run command

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #33411 (project octave):

The attached changeset fixes this bug.

The remaining idiosyncrasy is that if filename.m has a breakpoint, and we "run
/other/path/ending/filename.m" then the breakpoint is cleared.

I look forward to this five year old bug being closed.
