Details:

I am planning to package octclip for Debian. In Debian, we need to specify
the licensing conditions of every upstream file. Now, there is no copyright
notice and no licensing conditions in file doc/octclip.tex.

>From the DESCRIPTION file, I am assuming for now that doc/octclip.tex is
released under the terms of either GPL-v3 or BSD-3, but the package author may
have meant another license, like GFDL or Creative Commons, which would be more
appropriate for software documentation.

Please, specify the licensing conditions of doc/octclip.tex in the next
release of the octclip package.
