Follow-up Comment #24, bug #41027 (project octave):
Regarding one point in comment #22, I cleaned up #ifdefs recently and made
sure that every .h file had a guard against multiple inclusion. So I think it
is safe, and quite clear from a coding perspective, to #include whatever the
code actually uses.
