Follow-up Comment #26, bug #41027 (project octave):

Coming back to a more minor issue, shouldn't Octave code use


#include "config.h"


rather than 


#include <config.h>


We want to pull a local copy of config.h, not what some other package may have
accidentally installed in the global /usr/include directory.
