[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #43925] isscalar behaves incorrectly for some user-defined classes

Follow-up Comment #17, bug #43925 (project octave):

See the attached patch for work in progress.

It now deals with more functions than we originally thought (issquare, isrow,
iscolumn, rows, columns...).

I am still not sure of the right course of action concerning Fndims (see
below: Do we assume that it is a bug in Matlab and fix it ?).

Some more work is also required on classes.tst (add new unit tests, check for
Matlab compatibility).
