Follow-up Comment #1:
Thanks for your report. The behavior you report is limited to debugging from
the GUI, not when using the commands dbstop, dbcont, etc. This has fortunately
already been fixed for the upcoming 4.0.1 release (tested in 4.0.1-rc3).
