Details:


communications package v1.2.1

run the script verif.
The last four results should be all equal to zero.
Instead 2 of them are equal to 1.

The test consists in convolutional encoding of the same bit sequence
concatenated 3 times.

Although the encoder returns to it initial state after the single sequence
encoding (i.e. 10), when encoding the concatenated sequence, the result is
different from the concatenation of the single encoded sequence...
