Follow-up Comment #5, bug #47479 (project octave):
On Windows it works fine for all graphics_toolkits, qt (which BTW isn't
quicktime but the qt graphics environment), fltk and gnuplot.
With qt I see figure borders flashing by rapidly, with fltk and gnuplot I
don't see figures at all but the code completes and afterwards Octave seems
stable.
All of this doesn't deny your problems; but it indicates that it could be hard
for the developers to pinpoint down the cause.
