Details:

If you click in command window, having a file opened in editor dock, you'll
have two text cursors, both blinking, and thus will be unable to tell at a
glance where the focus is. When you click in the editor, the cursor in the
command window stops blinking, but still is present, so you have to look for
about a second to tell that it's not active.

Instead the cursor should be present only in the window where you can enter
some text in current mode and should be hidden in unfocused widgets.
