Greetings,

In the current version (4.0.1), when I downloaded it from OCTAVE - FORGE
website, first of all, there was no need for installation, the moment i click
on 'octave.vbs' file, OCTAVE started running. Secondly, the prebuilt packages
are not running at all.

Please provide a method for this.
