Follow-up Comment #16, bug #47576 (project octave):
Based on your last email, I went to ftp.gnu.org and downloaded the installer
for windows. At the beginning of the installation process, I have attached
the error received below in a PDF file. Let me know if I'm pulling the
installation file from the wrong place. Thanks.
