Follow-up Comment #8, bug #43036 (project octave):
The popen2 for windows was implemented before octave started to use the
gnulib. Until now,octave uses popen2 in lo-sysdep.cc.In lo-sysdep.cc, popen2
is implemented using win32 API that related to pipe.Perhaps one should improve
the codes.
