Follow-up Comment #1, bug #47605 (project octave):
Here is the message that is supposed to appear:
octave:3> dbwhere
error: dbwhere: must be inside a user function to use dbwhere
It's possible that the bug was introduced when some change address function
behavior and/or scope if not something related specifically to breakpoints.
